Lucifer will keep on sinning as Netflix announced that it would have another season.
Many are rejoicing and are devastating about the fact that this would be the last season for the show.
We all know that we have Netflix to thank when they picked up the series after the fox canceled the show.
“We are so incredibly thankful to Netflix for resurrecting our show last season, and now letting us finish the story of Lucifer on our terms,” Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich talking about the renewal of the show.
Lucifer Season 5 Release date
While production and the cast are all set to film the DC adaptation, an official release date is yet to be confirmed.
Following Netflix’s usual methods in releasing shows, Lucifer season 5’s quick announcement of renewal means it will return soon.
People are speculating that it will be in either late spring or early summer 2020.
We are also waiting for a trailer to drop.
The show will have 16 episodes rather than the previously announced of 10 counts. Netflix is giving us a long time to enjoy the show.
The main cast for Lucifer season 5
Tom Ellis or as we popularly know as Lucifer, will no doubt return in the show.
Ellis told Men’s Health that he prepared to have the best shape in accordance in filming this last season.
So let’s expect girls are drolling all over because Lucifer will be ripped as hell when the show already airs.
Henderson hopes that season 4 was not the last place that we will see Eve.
What will happen in season 5 of Lucifer
Entertainment Weekly asks about what can fan expect and Henderson replies, “We have a lot of exciting ways, and one way, in particular, to do it that launches an awesome, awesome season five.”
“We did spend some time digging into what we think can be season five. We even have the first scene(of season five), which is one of my favorite things we’ve ever come up with.”
Modrovich continues with, “We do have an idea. It’s an idea that when it came up in the room, we went, ‘Oh god that’s crazy.’ Then the more we talked about it, the more we went,’And brilliant.’”
Brandt also reveals on Twitter that she is going to be having a “big, epic fight scene.”
Her Tweet: “I asked @LUCIFERwriters for a couple of things for this last season. One of which was I get my one, BIG, epic, Mazikeen fight scene. One where I get to show you all that I’m capable of. One everyone will remember. I’, prepping physically.”
Also, fans are speculating that Chloe Decker will die in the final season and will reign as Queen of hell alongside Lucifer.
This theory has many loopholes, but we know we are all hoping for a reunion with the love lovebirds.
Nevertheless, of what will happen in this season, fans will continue to watch and love the show.
It can drive us crazy for waiting, but I think this last season will be worth the wait.
And when it comes, It will be a Hell of a show.
